    Nov 16,  · The white cardboard sleeve is far more aesthetically pleasing, although the booklet cover still reminds us of a haunting past where CD artwork was deemed unimportant. By , our heroes Jon and Vangelis were certainly no longer strangers to each other. Having collaborated on three albums since , this was to be their fourth and final endeavour.

    "Page of life" is the fourth and last album by Jon and Vangelis. First released in it contains 12 tracks, of which one It didn't get much attention. Completists will need both versions!

    Still, Vangelis set a high bar for electronic music, and I have almost every LP and CD ever released. This is an old recording, dating back to , long before he became famous for Chariots of Fire. There's only four tracks on this disc, structured like a symphonic poem for synthesizer and a chamber choir/5().

    Sep 17,  · This is definately the least interesting of Jon & Vangelis albums. The other three are great but this one is quite average. There was a decade between this and the classic albums. Drop the song "Is It Love" for it's pure kitsch and different style. That's one of Jon's own songs he pushed on this record. I even like the track Jazzy Box/5(40).

    A joint venture between Jon Anderson, best known as the lead singer for Yes, and gukusgardamuroariufym.xyzinfo formed in after Vangelis had been rumoured to replace Rick Wakeman in Yes a few years before. Anderson had contributed to Vangelis' albums "Heaven and Hell", "See You Later" and "Opera Sauvage".They released a total of four albums with Anderson writing the lyrics and Vangelis .
